An education publishing company is looking for a contract Administrative Assistant to join their team. This mission-focused company is searching for someone who is detail oriented and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This person coordinate between departments to collect information to create dashboards and widgets for the respective team. The ideal candidate has experience using Zoho ONE. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity that offers competitive pay!
Manage and update CRM and make improvements to operations
Liaison between internal departments including Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams teams to put together dashboards in Zoho ONE
Align company data quality and process with company's operations
Identify and create initiatives to improve business
CRM (Zoho ONE) experience
Ability to make recommendations/ improvements by analyzing data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks to exceed deadlines and strong sense of urgency
