This Data Entry Specialist position is on a long term temporary-to-fulltime basis, and is based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, so if that's what you're looking for, don't hesitate to contact us! How you will make an impact - Inspect reports and sheets of data - Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems - Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources - Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product - Search the internet for information - Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress - Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete

Job Requirements

- Ability to multitask effectively - Proven typing accuracy - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Solid understanding of ADP Financial Services - Customer service experience - Demonstrated knowledge of SAP - Deep understanding of numeric data entry - Foundational knowledge in typing over 60 words per minute - Expertise in data entry - Adeptness in workday - Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
