My client is a growing and stable Technology company that is seeking a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to report to their Human Resource Systems and Operations Manager. The ideal HRIS Analyst will be responsible for: Oversees the use of the enterprise-wide HRIS systems to ensure the systems supports the strategic direction of the HR department. Develops strong working relationships to understand, design, develop and integrate solutions to support company business objectives. Provides input in the HR strategic planning process and the development of HR technology policies, processes and best practices. Works with HR?s senior leadership team to effectively communicate, implement, monitor and administer enterprise-wide systems solutions to support HR programs. Ensures the integrity and oversees the maintenance of all employee data. Maintains and manages account security for all confidential information. Maintains and manages system administration to ensure role based access meets requirements of audit level controls.

Job Requirements

The ideal HRIS Analyst will possess: 3+ years of progressive experience in HRIS Experience with Ultipro or a similar HRIS systems ie: Ceridian, or PeopleSoft, etc. Please email your resume or contact Ashley Cross for a confidential inquiry.
