OfficeTeam has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant who has worked in real estate development, title company or construction environments. This position will require at least 3+ years of experience in a clerical role. You will be direct support to both VPs along with office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. As the building and real estate development world ramps up OfficeTeam has seen an increase in demand for Administrative Assistants who are accustomed to ever changing deadlines along with a sense for preparing for future needs. Priorities will shift, new projects will take precedents, while the day to day business tasks must be kept in order! Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM. Do your talents include mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Then we have the Administrative Assistant position for you. This Administrative Assistant role is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity and is located in the Fresno, California area. Job Requirements

- Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks - Proficiency in MS Outlook - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired - Expertise in Microsoft Word - Microsoft Excel experience preferred - Excellent verbal, written, and social skills - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company and looking to thrive in a creative environment, we would love to hear from you!
