This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Tinton Falls, New Jersey region and is a long term temporary-to-fulltime employment opportunity. Your responsibilities - You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Manage incoming telephone calls - Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications - Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Job Requirements

- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Customer service experience - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word - Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel - Experience with order entry - Strong familiarity with MS Outlook - Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks - Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods - 2+ years experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred - Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly We are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction.
