Mitsubishi Electric US Suwanee, GA Full-Time

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Advisor, Tech. Customer Care in Suwanee, Georgia.

The shift for this role is Monday - Friday: 10:00AM - 7:00PM 


Responsible for providing technical support to contractors, distributors, architects, and engineers who are specifying, installing, operating, or repairing Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC product. Communicates with supervisor and any other METUS employee as necessary to solve technical problems. This will involve basic computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of the METUS M and P series product as well as the S series light commercial product.

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Solving common and uncommon technical problems associated with METUS equipment.
  • Provides technical support via telephone and email to a large volume of customers.
  • Provides technical information to a network of Diamond Service Group members via phone, email, and the DSG forum.
  • Reads and understands wiring schematics and refrigerant circuit diagrams to convey information to customers.
  • Understands and relays the basic concepts and principles such as AC/DC theory, inductance, and digital communications.
  • Provide support (possible job site or phone) for METUS field personal such as Business Unit Service Managers, Area Service Managers, and Sales personal as needed.
  • Utilizes all computer sites and maintains proper case information within our CRM system

The non-essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Successfully complete 90-day TSA assessment based on M and P series product
  • Provide support for the Customer Care Center.
  • Assist in rework of product when necessary, which includes factory software rewriting on all products.
  • Provides support to internal staff when needed
  • Perform goal development and adherence
  • Attend in office training to increase product knowledge
  • Perform other job functions as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Minimal travel (5% or less).


  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years HVAC graduate Technical College (preferred).
  • Minimum Two (2) years field experience.
  • NATE Certified (Preferable).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (Email).
  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual a plus
