**Benefits Senior Associate**
As a Benefits Senior Associate within our Total Rewards team, you'll be responsible for the ongoing administration of the firm's benefits programs, including our Pathways to Parenthood, Pathways to Transition programs and a variety of other health and welfare benefit plans. You'll work within a highly collaborative team where creative and innovative ideas are cherished?. **Your key responsibilities**
+ Administering the firm's Pathways to Parenthood and Pathways to Transition programs
+ Managing and responding to inquiries from personnel regarding benefits under the Pathways programs and explaining complex details of the programs
+ Interacting with medical plan administrators, prescription drug vendors and data aggregator for the program
+ Managing the lifetime maximum for individuals Including reviewing and reimbursement of claims according to program design; working with Payroll regarding reimbursements to personnel
+ Assisting in the administration of Health & Welfare benefit plans, including medical, dental, life insurance, reimbursement accounts, legal, long-term care, eyewear, HSA and workers' compensation
+ Assisting active and retired personnel with escalated claim issues, working closely with vendors on plan administration and escalated issues
+ Assisting with the annual enrollment for health and welfare benefits including communications, coordinating tasks internally and ensuring that the Benefits System is updated with new costs and enrollments; supporting annual enrollment efforts including administration of plan changes with vendors and communications with personnel
+ Investigating and resolving problems involving delivery of and payment for services by contacting outsourced vendors, benefit plan providers and personnel as needed
+ Supporting General Counsel's Office on various benefits inquiries
+ Working with medical plan administrators to ensure equalized benefits across medical plans
+ Acting as resource for third party vendors providing benefits to personnel
+ Assisting in ongoing communications such as summary plan descriptions, summary annual reports, and benefits bulletins
+ Assisting with compliance of benefits administration with federal and state laws, including IRS and Department of Labor regulations and nondiscrimination testing
+ Identifying, recommending and implementing ongoing process improvements
+ Reconciling of payroll deductions with the record keeper; preparing letters of direction for cash management
+ Responding to administrative and policy questions as needed

+ Ability to communicate effectively and develop positive working relationships with both internal and external vendors and internal clients
+ Ability to exercise sound judgment, set priorities, organize, implement and administer effectively in all areas of accountability
+ Excellent computer skills
+ Demonstrate professional maturity in dealing with different levels of employees in a fast-paced environment and the ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee data
+ Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
**To qualify you must have**
+ 3-5 plus years related benefits experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) desirable
