Jefferson Wells is seeking an Accountant for a permanent, direct-hire HYBRID SCHEDULED position with a multi-billion dollar manufacturer based in an eastern suburb of Cleveland, OH. We need someone who can assist with the day-to-day accounting functions, month-end closing process, and analyze data, as necessary, to ensure that the general ledger is complete and accurate.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of accounting work experience in a manufacturing envorinment, or in public accounting auditing manufacturing clients.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of accounting concepts (GAAP).
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- SAP knowledge would be a plus.

This is a HYBRID position (2 days remote from home, 3 days on-site each week) -- so candidates must be local to the Cleveland area. Generous salary plus bonus and full benefits are offered.
