A Day in the Life:

As an Help Desk Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our IT infrastructure, providing troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring smooth computer operations across the organization
The primary objective of the Help Desk Analyst is to maintain the safety of children under our care and deliver respectful and efficient IT support to staff and clients.

Work/Life Balance: This role is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Help Desk Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and off-site support for computer users as needed
  • Maintain daily computer operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues with staff
  • Perform help desk tracking and reporting
  • Offer first-level IT assistance for end-user issues
  • Monitor and manage help desk work order priorities
  • Set up and implement new hardware and software
  • Install, configure, and set up workstations, printers, and peripherals
  • Maintain assigned work areas in a safe and attractive manner

Help Desk Analyst Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Computer Technology or related is preferred
  • Must have a working knowledge of windows-based desktop operating systems (Windows 7 and above)
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
  • Working knowledge of networked computer environment
  • Experience in adopting new technology (hardware and/or software)
  • Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware preferred
  • Ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
  • Willingness to seek out and incorporate new methods and principles into existing information management practices
