The CSI Companies is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client located in the St. Petersburg, FL area.

We are looking for someone who is available to work the following hours:

  • Mon- Fri 8AM - 6:30PM (any 8 hours shift within this time frame)

Details:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking inbound calls from cardholders and clients regarding dispute and fraud cases.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls from VISA/MC/Discover cardholders and financial institutions while provide desired claim information in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Gather detailed information from callers to initiate and support cardholder's chargeback rights.
  • Determine proper reason code for the dispute case.
  • Open new fraud/dispute cases, detailing all transaction information, performing balance transfers and request sale draft.
  • Handle and resolve customer escalation calls and correspondence with a sense of urgency.
  • Adhere to established department productivity standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent service to the customer.
  • Be willing to assist with special projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Verifiable high school diploma or GED is required
  • 2+ years of call center experience (prior chargeback or dispute experience is preferable)
  • 1+ years of banking or financial experience
  • PC knowledge and MS Office applications are a must
