Administrative Assistant - Lafayette, LA

Advantage Resourcing is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant for a company in the Carencro area.

Job duties:

  • Warehouse duties: will check all boxes in, write a brief description of the contents, type information into the computer. Will assign the box to an area in the warehouse. Warehouse coordinator will send the box to its required location & check on placement. Will do all filing for warehouse as well.
  • Bookkeeper duties: order supplies, data entry into Peachtree/Sage 50, fill out bank deposits, post payments in system, enter info into their billing system. Will also balance the bank statements. Must be able to use an adding machine.

Hours are M-Th 8-5, Fridays 8-4.
