Administrative Officer SME

The Mission Support Administrator (MSA) Level III Subject Matter Expert (SME) position performs a variety of administrative duties, providing mission support within the Mission Directorates.  The position provides general administrative services and directly supports one or more functions or business areas, including: facilities management, finance, human resources, imaging and publishing, information management, logistics, procurement, medical, and security.  The positions are primarily established in the WMA but may also be located at other field locations stateside or

The MSA SME work is to provide assistance to the completion of routine tasks and requirements for general office and/or program support.  The nature of the work is primarily transactional in nature and requires general knowledge of basic administrative processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
•  21+ years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, comparable to work performed as a Level II MSA
•  External candidates must pass the Client’s administrative examination.
•  Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
