Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for a highly energetic and organized individual with an active CNA license and 5+ years experience as a nursing assistant.This position involves managing quality assurance with extensive one-on-one interaction with clients and families. This person is responsible for effectively managing multiple demands that come with the changing needs of clients. This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced organization and possess excellent communication skills, be service-oriented and have the ability to work well in a team environment. Proficient computer skills required and ability to learn various virtual platforms. If you love building relationships, then this may be a very special opportunity to join a team that is committed to excellence and to each other in supporting our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. This is a part-time position that will likely grow into full-time.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance visits with existing Clients and their families, and recognize opportunities to modify service plans to best support the ongoing needs of the Client.
  • Work with Clients and their families on the various issues that may arise to ensure there is resolution and Client satisfaction.
  • Conduct Client/CAREGiver introductions with every new Client and with every new CAREGiver. 
  • Plan and execute supervisory visits with CAREGivers to ensure they have the skills and tools necessary to provide exceptional Client care.
  • Provide performance coaching to CAREGivers when necessary, and skills training, as needed.
