5+ years Construction Experience
College degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required
Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software
Multifamily Residential & Commercial construction projects in the Front Range.
Responsible for the financial management of the project
Handle Subcontracts, job costing, change orders, and pay applications
Work closely with the Project Engineer on RFIs, and submittals
Work with Superintendents on schedule, subcontractor performance, quality control, coordination, safety, and inspections
