What You Will Do:
As a UX design lead your core role will be to help solve challenges through improved user experience design. You will manage a team of UX designers working across two closely related software platforms serving millions of end customers. You will collaborate across the organization, working with stakeholders, product strategists, and development teams in a highly collaborative environment.
You should be comfortable ideating, sketching, prototyping, and testing in relentless pursuit of design excellence. You are a driven design professional who can think, craft, and present your ideas with confidence and tact. You have experience guiding, mentoring and managing other proficient designers and ensuring their work expresses a common design language across the enterprise.
•Designing screens and flows to provide compelling user experiences for mobile and desktop
•Use of prototyping tools (Axure, Sketch, Figma)
•Wireframing and prototype development, ranging from low to high fidelity
•Designing conceptual models of information architecture (IA)
•Solving interaction design usability challenges
•Designing navigation systems
•Structuring content for ease of use
•Develop all manner of artifacts to support effective development of your design ideas
•Mid-Level: 3-10 years
•Senior Level: 10+ years
•Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
•Experience supporting sales and business development
•Experience with financial management

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
