Business Litigation Attorney

Our office provides a range of comprehensive legal services, including: complex business transactions and litigation, estate planning and probate matters, agricultural issues, labor and employment matters, water and public agency law, intellectual property, and emerging health care issues.What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in practice in business litigation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Represent clients in business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership disputes, and corporate governance issues.
- Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents, including motions, discovery documents, and pleadings.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and appeal.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and legal options.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

- The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $155,000 - $275,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and ;
- Required to bill 1,750 hours annually.
