SENIOR RECRUITER - DOWNTOWN ST. PETE, FL

Delta Construction Partners is a well-established, boutique style, national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals.

Delta is searching for a senior recruiter to join our team in downtown St. Petersburg, FL. We are looking for the perfect fit: someone who is very outgoing, and ready to dedicate the next couple years of their life to develop their long-term career and future. This person must have the true mindset of an intrapreneur (definition: “a person who behaves like an entrepreneur whilst being employed. Intrapreneurs are usually encouraged to develop their ideas into a workable product by the companies they work for. Like an entrepreneur, an intrapreneur is motivated, creative, and able to think outside of the box.”)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Interact with executives and senior leaders from the client community, within the firm, and from other industry partners
  • Contact candidates, follow up with candidates, and manage candidate pipeline
  • Schedule candidate interviews as well as brief and debrief
  • Must be able to cold call candidate leads that the company provides, and also be able to source leads for recruiters
  • Qualify potential candidates and match them with the company's current job orders
  • Manage and grow recruiting division, including potential management of junior recruiters

Skills & Requirements

  • Great communication and people skills required
  • Must be very organized & resourceful, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to run full recruiting desk
  • Employment stability
  • Ability to start, grow, and manage new division
  • Must have sales/recruiting experience
  • Computer savvy and ability to learn software quickly
  • Must be economically-motivated
  • Must be a team player & enhance the culture of our business
  • Must have a great, outgoing, positive attitude
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment          
  • Dog-friendly office (must be ok being around small dogs)
  • Ideal candidate must be committed to helping others

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • Construction recruiting background
  • College degree
