GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for providing customer engagement to drive profitable sales through ensuring that all customers have a memorable experience while maintaining the visual standards of the store.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Store Management


  • To engage our customers and ensure we become their furniture retailer of choice.
  • We are a one of kind retailer that provides our customers with top quality furniture at a bargain basement price. The customers are already impressed…your role is to wow them with our story, your service and ensure they purchase the perfect pieces for their home! You get to build contacts and client books and have complete control on how many contacts you make.
  • We appreciate your hard work and we will put our money where our mouth is!
  • Do you love selling to customers but are struggling making minimum wage? We will give you a competitive compensation and a chance to make even more if you hit your sales targets. FT pay with PT hours!
  • Do you like to stay busy and productive?
  • We love that about you! When you aren't selling to our customers, you get to ensure that the floor remains full of product (because it sells so quickly) by prepping and replenishing the furniture and ensuring that everything is tagged appropriately (because our prices are that good!). Reach out to real estate agents and designers and make YOU, YOUR OWN Business by being their insight to the latest trends at unbeatable prices.

  • We are looking for energized, gregarious, tech savvy and forward-thinking individuals that have initiative, like to stay busy and get personal satisfaction when they meet their customer's needs.   • Sales Focused and ability to get our customers excited about their purchase from us.
  • Ability to stay informed of trends and training to communicate our story and information about our product to the customers.
  • Able to balance your dual role as a superstar seller during the days we are open and a superstar merchandiser on the days we are preparing for the customers experience.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures outlined in our employee handbook.
  • Ability to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business.
  • A positive, friendly attitude-because we're a positive, friendly company.
  • College Degree Preferred but not required.
