RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking a Human Resources Administrator in Reading, PA to support their current and future growth. This is a great position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. Duties Include:
  • Manage agency communication regarding contract employees
  • Manage internal/external postings
  • Agency billing
  • Draft employment offer letter / internal employee change letters
  • Temp tracking (reasons for leaving, transition to Loomis, etc.)
  • Applicant screening (from agencies and ATS * phone screening or in person interviews as needed)
  • Conduct orientation for new employees
  • Manage all aspects of new hire files (physical file and HRIS data)
  • Manage HRIS data for internal employee moves
  • Manage ERP (employee referral program)
  • Applicant testing

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have strong administrative skills and proven ability to multitask with attention detail
  • HR degree or certification preferred, but not required
