Mommy Jobs Online (mommyjobsonline.com) is now seeking Customer Service Travel Agents. The Customer Service Travel Agent Program will take inbound calls to schedule air, hotel, and car reservations using Sabre Red. Contractors will provide accurate domestic and international routing and pricing (and re-routing and re-pricing) information to facilitate customer decisions on itinerary selection and ticketing options for reservations and changes to existing reservations.
Prefer contractors to have experience in a GDS system or strong interest in learning Sabre.
**If you qualify for the program, we offer an education sessions to refresh or teach reservation system at no cost to the agent.
Experience booking domestic and international travel highly preferred.
Love to travel for leisure and book trips online
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations
Self-motivated go-getters who love to tackle any challenge and can pick up on new technology quickly.
Time management skills with flexibility to re-prioritize to meet customer needs.
Thrive with multi-tasking while running many technology systems at once.
Verbal and written communication skills specifically around customer interaction on the phone and via email.
Eagerness to learn a new system & start a new career as a travel agent booking travel for corporate clients.
Must be able to provide at least 25 hours per week on this program during the client’s operating hours.
Pay: $15.00 / hour
