Robert Half OfficeTeam is on the hunt for a hardworking and highly-skilled Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced company with a beautiful office in the sports marketing industry located in Downtown Portland. If you have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy supporting upper management, then this is the position for you. The ideal candidate will have a background as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager, and extensive administrative experience in front and back office positions, doing everything from answering phones to planning meetings. You will need to possess an acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills, openness to learning new skills, and superb keyboarding skills.

How you will make an impact:
Greeting and directing guests
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Assisting upper management
Submitting expense reports
Sending out announcements and weekly updates
Coordinating meetings and events
Providing general administrative, clerical, and customer service support
Filing, copying and faxing documents for multiple departments
Maintaining and stocking office facility
General assistance as needed
What we're looking for:
Experience managing a front desk
Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work, and communicate effectively with peers, clients, and managers
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Ability to prioritize and plan
Ability to learn quickly and complete tasks independently
Efficiency and attention-to-detail
A can-do worker who is willing to do everything from repetitive clerical tasks to high-level administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent computer and keyboarding skills
