Our client, a large healthcare system, is looking for a strong desktop support resource to join their rapid response team.
1. Desktop Support within a Windows 7/Windows 10 environment 2. Network Connectivity Troubleshooting Experience 3. Hardware Deployment Experience
2-4 years of experience is needed for this position
This candidate will assist the "Rapid Response" team. They will be getting tickets escalated to them from the outsourced Help Desk team.
Tickets will deal with ll hardware or software support outside of Epic.
They will need to respond within a certain amount of time in helping to assist the problem.
They will be expected to enter the ED (Emergency Department) while surgies are in progress as well as be on the hospital floor working one on one with hospital employees and patients.
They will also be working with proprietary healthcare applications that they will train you on.
They will be working the 3rd shift Sunday through Thursday 11pm to 7am. This candidate will also potentially have to work on holidays if scheduled.
