Front Desk Guest Ambassador with ISMSPA are expected to demonstrate exceptional guest service and adherence to the Spa's policies and procedures. The Guest Ambassador is highly knowledgeable about the offerings of the services and products at the Spa and works to ensure the guest needs are always met.
1 year of retail sales/guest experience required
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
Must have reliable transportation.
Communicate with management about any and all occurrences involving staff or guests.
Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to scheduling and other software application
