Job Description

Kelly Services is now hiring part time Customer Service Representatives for our client; a national company that partners with state and federal agencies; in Pittston, PA! This opportunity is projected to last for 6 months working a Monday-Friday 5:00 pm-9:00 pm schedule. The pay rate is $13.94/hr. As a Customer Service Representative you would be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls that are routine in nature, answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing relevant information. You would also be responsible for following procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate information systems and/or CRM system(s). Job Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative you will need to be prepared for the following Essential Job Duties: -Receiving inbound/outbound calls, answer inquiries, researching, location and providing information -Following procedures and scripts to navigate through CRM systems -Accurately update database systems to include Word, Excel and CRM -Case file maintenance to include filing, retention and labeling -Track and escalate case issues to include reviewing and researching existing cases -Listen to customers- needs and concerns demonstrating empathy - Training is provided. Experience/Education Requirements and Preferences: -Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but will consider candidates with retail customer service experience -Procifiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) -Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently -Must be able to type 35 wpm -Must be able to use telephone, email and web browser -Must be able to pass skill assessment tests -Must be able to pass required screenings -Be able to provide education and previous work verification The ideal Customer Service Representative: - Has strong work ethic and is a self-starter - Effectively manages multiple priorities and adapts to change in a fast paced environment - Has a professional and friendly attitude -Excellent listening skills and has the ability to ask probing questions -Able to work every scheduled day. Reliability is a must! -Attention to detail is key! -Must have reliable transportation
