Performs basic/complex diagnostics, Service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment/power equipment
Performs basic/complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment/power equipment
Utilize DTAC, follow up on cases created and utilize solutions.
Participates in all job related training and development.
Maintains product knowledge.
Completes work orders, providing necessary detail and documentation.
Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
Maintains a neat and safe work area.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of equipment
Proven knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Knowledge of computer operation and computer based diagnostics
Excellent diagnostic skills
Excellent skills operating vehicles and equipment
Must have valid driver’s license
Must have driving record well enough for insurance purposes
Ability to communicate, work, and get along well with others
Ability to work independently and to get the job completed within the time allotted
Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holiday
High school diploma or equivalent required
AAS degree in JD Ag Tech or related 2 year degree and/or 2 years of relevant work experience, preferred
Must be able to lift and/or transfer a maximum of 100lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of various items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to twist, turn, reach, push, pull, lift, and bend.
Must have good eye, hand, and foot corrdination for operating equipment
Must have good eye sight (20/20 or corrected to such)
Must have good hearing – well enough for safety purposes
