Mineral Management Operations Specialist

Description of job duties
Retrieves Joint Interest Billing invoices, scans and uploads them to a SharePoint Site and into WMDOC's site. Retrieves mail and sorts, scans and re-distributes. Uploading Annual Review cover sheets into WMDOC's site. Request Certificate of Liability Insurance documentation from Operators and uploading into appropriate SharePoint site.

Experience required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products-Outlook, Excel, Word. Experience with inputting and extraction of data in SharePoint site and WMDOC's. Proficient PC skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications. A keen eye to detail and handling multiply tasks. Oil and gas experience a plus.
