We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Specialist for a reputable, growing, and collaborative company in the Richmond area. Additionally, this company has amazing benefits! This position supports the firm in duties related to client invoicing, vendor interaction and management, and transaction finalization.

Duties:

• Weekly reconciliations of client invoices

• Interact with vendors, daily, to ensure all discrepancies are addressed and resolved
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure invoices are billed and processed accurately
• Assisting with month-end reconciliations and preparation of invoices
• Preparing and analyzing gross margin analysis
• Assisting in month-end clsoe processes
• Preparing journal entries, as necessary
• Working on special projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration
• Must have proficiency in Excel
