Kelly Services is looking for an Customer Service Representative I for one of their customers in Naperville, IL  to join their team for a 6 month temporary assignment. Kelly is a full service workforce solutions provider to 98% of the Fortune 100™ companies. Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Pay Rate: $14.40 hourly Job Summary:

  • Assist the Account Management teams with non-customer facing tasks including attachment of backup documentation needed for invoice payment as well as emailing of statement information to various divisions
  • Duties may also include back-up support to the Customer Support Help Desk, as needed

Qualifications:

  •  High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Entry level to 2 years customer service related experience required
  • Experience in a High volume, fast paced environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  •  Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
