Receive new inventory into the database and process accordingly. Reconcile monthly state sales tax. Process warranty claims for reimbursement. Processing of Retail and Wholesale vehicle sales documents. Preparation and submission of bank contracts for funding and payoffs. Accounts Payables/Receivables. Various other general office duties. Ideal Qualifications: Detail oriented with strong organization skills. A professional appearance. The ability to multi-task and work with or without distraction. Ability to be friendly with all types of personalities. Strong communication and people skills, both written and oral. Highschool Diploma or equivalent. Compensation is based on your experience and tenure, and considered above average for the market. You will receive medical, dental, and vision insurance paid 100% by the company after 90 days.
