Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and mechanical subcontractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Residential Lead Electrician in Tampa, Florida

Residential Lead Electrician Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Residential Lead Electrician in Tampa, FL is based on experience and/or licensing. Candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance will receive top pay.

Residential Lead Electrician Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to effectively manage team of helpers on larger projects
  • Responsible for material list, close out documents, site safety
  • Establish work schedules and loading charts
  • Collaborate with project management team regarding material needs
  • Interact with general contractor and other trades on day to day scheduling and performance issues
  • Ensure project has sufficient material, tools, equipment, information and appropriate manpower to successfully complete project
  • Monitor work as performed, managing subordinate supervisors and crews
  • Responsible for overall safety on project

Residential Lead Electrician Qualifications

  • Journeyman electrician license is strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of residential electrical projects, from ground-up
  • Troubleshooting skills required
  • Must have stable work history
  • Prefer local candidates, however, for the right candidate will consider relocation
  • Must have safety certifications (OSHA Confined Space etc.)
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background test
  • Clean driving record
