Vaco is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work for the President of a well-established company in the downtown Columbus area. Looking for a professional and polished individual with strong business acumen who has prior experience supporting high level executives. This is an opportunity to work for a large, growing organization!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents and reports for team members and industry partners
  • Heavy calendar management (schedule all meetings and appointments)
  • Book travel and prepare itineraries (domestic and international)
  • Compose presentations for meetings and audit documents
  • Arrange corporate events and meetings for the organization
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Prior experience supporting executives at the C-suite level
  • Bachelors degree preferred but experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • Experience with calendar management, booking travel, budgeting and expenses
  • Intermediate to advanced technical skills(Outlook, Microsoft office, advanced excel skills preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality
