Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior General Manager to manage two Chuck E. Cheese’s restaurants. This individual will have total responsibility to deliver operational and financial success of those two locations by driving top line sales while effectively managing labor and controllable costs. Individual must have a demonstrated track record of executing all key components of successful restaurant management and on track developmentally for a larger location or multi-unit role. This position is eligible for relocation assistance. 

Essential Job Functions:
• Directs, coordinates and oversees two restaurants.
• Effective people leadership through developing, training, empowering, recognizing, and coaching for success in both large and smaller volume restaurants.
• Identify and select internal and external talent for successful operational execution and succession planning.
• Deliver top line revenue improvement through same stores sales while effectively managing labor and controllable costs.
• Strategically analyze results and data to identify trends and provide direction for continued
improvements in same store sales, NPS scores, and correct deficiencies in cost savings.
• Organize, prioritize, delegate and lead others to deliver exceptional guests service.
• Manages restaurant shifts that include: daily decision-making, employee support, guest interaction, planning, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Manages staffing through the shift to ensure highest level of service. Ensures employee meal breaks, side/secondary job duties, and shift of change responsibilities are completed.
• Exercise excellent business skills and judgment in all CEC policies, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management.
• The Sr. General Manager is expected to perform all assigned duties and not delegate General Manager duties to hourly managers except occasionally. 

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful restaurant management experience, including oversight of all operational requirements, sales growth & profitability, food execution, safety, talent management and guest experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• A college degree is preferred
• Strong knowledge and experience with restaurant POS, labor and inventory management systems (NCR/Aloha System experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize time and personnel

Physical Demands:
To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to see, speak, sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 – 25 lbs. (including service trays). Minimal climbing required while on location, incumbent must use a telephone and computer, with repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week with variable start times and variable finish times. Incumbent must also have the ability to commute between locations by operating a vehicle.
