St. Peter's Hospital, Albany, Full Time

You will assist in delivering care, including assessing needs, planning and meetings the needs of patients in the Medical Surgical unit

What you will do:

* Facilitate patient care with the care team
* Maintain Patient Safety and clean, safe environment
* Other duties as assigned
* Promotes and supports an organized work environment

Responsibilities:

* Under the supervision of the RN provides quality nursing care focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience

What you will need:

* Current NYS LPN license
* BLS
* Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkers
