Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for processing wholesale orders, as well as resolving issues related to those orders. The Fulfillment Rep will collaborate with retailers and internal business partners to improve customer service, delivery performance and retailer satisfaction through driving consistency, quality and accuracy in the handling of wholesale orders and requests.

Primary duties and responsibilities include the following; however, Management reserves the right to assign or reassign other appropriate duties to this job at any time. This document excludes the marginal functions of the position that are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:

  • Process orders provided by account manager or retail customer (May also include updating retailer web portals with order status information for each order).
  • Demonstrate time management, ensuring orders are submitted by established cutoff times at Plants/DC’s.
  • Order entry and fulfillment knowledge and understanding across all ERP systems (Manbase, AX).
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems related to order entry.
  • Resolution and coordination of product availability.
  • Ship to system set-up and price book maintenance.
  • Answer phones and emails in a timely manner.
  • Work in a team environment across multiple functions (customer service, logistics, accounting, sales and retailer) to provide a high quality of service to customers.
  • Provide regular updates to Supervisor/Manager and Sales Representative/Retailer as required.
  • Be a voice/advocate for the retailer as well as a responsible representative of Tempur-Sealy.
  • Shift may require 2ndshift -- working until 9PM EST, some weekends/holidays could be required.
  • Will be expected to be a primary or secondary back-up for other team members
  • Other duties will be assigned, as needed.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess strong 10-key skills
  • Ability to multitask within several computer systems
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Oracle and/or AS400 experience a plus
  • Customer account management experience a plus
  • Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology systems and applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
