OfficeTeam has an excellent position for someone looking to expand their career in a non-profit setting. The Sr. Administrative role will provide multiple levels of support to meet the needs of the organization. The Administrative Specialist meets complex project deadlines with limited supervision, and organizes simultaneous projects. The position requires an experienced individual who is self-motivated, organized, productive, able to multi-task, detail-oriented and can work as part of a diverse team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: ? Provides general administrative support for all departments ? Provides dedicated administrative support to the CEO and Officer team as requested ? Creates, reviews, and/or formats complex documents, project-related manuals, department-specific documents, and procedures; develops and edits computer-generated graphics in support of all departments ? Records and edits original web-based video applications using video production software and electronic media ? Coordinates and procures travel arrangements for staff, group arrangements, and client/partners as delegated ? Provides support to new employees including key and ID badge assignments, and mailbox and office set-up ? Tracks, monitors and maintains documents and files for projects as requested ? Organizes and schedules events and meetings ? Provides direct administrative and technical support for on-site/off-site staff-led training courses and administrative in-service training for staff on office applications, and special administrative projects as necessary ? Receives and greets visitors, validates parking, and accepts deliveries ? Maintains organization?s central supply inventories and orders supplies in adherence with procurement processes

Job Requirements

BA/BS degree or 4 years administrative/technical experience may substitute for educational requirement ? Minimum four years complex administrative and/or technical experience ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Excellent time-management and problem solving skills ? Travel, event and meeting planning experience ? Familiarity with graphics and database software ? Previous event and meeting planning experience ? Strong computer experience with proven aptitude for learning new software applications and technology ? Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) ? Demonstrated proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premier Pro), Captivate and Acrobat
