Our client, an established FinTech firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to manage conflicting priorities. Additionally, candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and should thrive in a fast-paced environment.



Requirements

  • Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc projects and requests
  • Schedule candidate interviews, while managing multiple calendars
  • Greet candidates upon arrival and direct to the appropriate room
  • Manage relationships with candidate and internal teams
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects and requests
  • Collaborate with recruiting team to ensure candidates have an efficient interview process


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic performance
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills
  • Experience working in human capital and talent acquisition is a plus, but not required!
  • Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
