Management Resources is currently looking for determined Recruiter to join the Senior level consultant practice of Robert Half and support one of our thriving clients in the Columbus, OH area. The Recruiter will work with hiring managers to define job specifications, competencies and skills required. They will be preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and sourcing applicants through various methods including posting, job sites, targeting recruiting. They will be conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, assess applicants? relevant knowledge, function skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. The recruiter will act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. They will brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews, promote company?s reputation as ?best place to work? and align job candidate profiles with staffing objectives. They will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews cooperatively with area HR Reps and provide regular updates and feedback to manager. They will manage all communication with candidates for assigned positions, draft offer letters as well as complete pre-hire screening activities (background, drug screen and etc.). The recruiter will also schedule and support orientation activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required 5+ years recruiting and sourcing experience preferred High Volume Recruiting is a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of relevant social media platforms Knowledge of relevant employment legislation Experience with HR databases Flexibility, multitasking, time management, prioritizing task Automotive experience is a major plus, stressful environment Familiarity with ADP as HRIS is a plus Somebody willing to learn and adapt
