Theradynamics is the leading provider physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy services across the acute and post-acute care continuum.  For over twenty years, Theradynamics has been offering therapy services and solutions across multiple settings including skilled nursing facilities, outpatient centers, home care programs, and pediatric clinics.

Theradynamics Outpatient Division is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to become a team leader in one of our growing clinics. This person would be an integral part of the development and execution of company processes, procedures and policies.  They will play a major role in collaborating with upper management, other team leaders and their own team in meeting the KPI and growth targets.  As a clinic administrator, they will be the lead person in communicating and collaborating with Clinicient’s billing team in identifying issues such as denials, bill holds and claims with issues.

Training and more importantly “COACHING” will be provided consistently. 

Responsibilities

  • Team Leader

  • KPI Monitoring

  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses within clinics and working through solutions to fix the weak areas within their clinic

  • Staff hiring and training

  • Prepare and present monthly business reviews and reports

  • Go to different medical practices to develop, maintain and expand the companies relationship with referral sources

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

  • Brainstorm and develop ideas to improve efficiency within their office

  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and improve coordination between the clinical and non-clinical staff.

  • Develop and update procedures to further enhance processes and procedures. 

Requirements

  • You must be goal oriented self-motivated.

  • Well-organized and detail oriented

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills

  • BSc/BA

  • 1-year experience in a healthcare service environment

  • Compensation and “incentive program (commission)” will be discussed at the interview.
