As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building business from the ground up. After working through a hands-on training program, you will have the opportunity to establish your sales career with a lucrative base plus commission pay structure. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
  • Own and manage a pipeline of clients and document interactions in their CRM software
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales metrics
  • Develop rapport over the phone, and find the true need of clients in order to successfully sell business

Inside Sales Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet and/or exceed goals
  • Great phone skills with an engaging personality that fosters building client relationships
