Manages Executive’s calendar and schedules appointments. Lots of coordination, shifting, and maneuvering of appointments.
Heavy travel arrangements and coordination, both domestic and international. Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel related meetings.
Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven ability to prioritize heavy work volume in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Sound judgment and decision making skills
Proficient in Google Suite experience (Preferred) or Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
College degree preferred
3+ years of related work experience required supporting Executive level staff
