This is a short-term temporary opportunity in the Technology Services field. Your responsibilities - Be a part of various department-wide initiatives - Operate with business partners to create compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests - Put together Balance Sheet account reconciliations - Complete other projects as required - Coordinate quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors - An endless desire to improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process - Implement monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP - Prepare monthly consolidated P L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
- Ability to meet deadlines - Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience - BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are desired - Experience in SOX control execution/documentation - Strong time management and organizational skills - Experience with consolidations - Adeptness in financial statements consolidation - Account reconciliation experience required - Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Financials strongly preferred - Month end closings experience desired - Intercompany accounts experience - Advanced working knowelege of Microsoft Excel - Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity - Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail - Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges - Proven ability to work and communication well with manager-level associates - Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to document standard procedures is a requirement If you are interested in this project opportunity and meet the requirements, please contact Lydia Han at lydia.han@rhmr.com.
