Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the team as well assist with processing, submitting, and electronically filing medical charts and faxes.
Review files to ensure all necessary documentation is included in the file to ensure timely processing and payment for services provided by field employees
Make outbound calls to follow up on records and obtain missing documentation
Will assist with scheduling staff meetings
Create and update reports to track status and provide solutions to improve processes
Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 1year of experience in administrative support and intermediate Excel skills
Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Suite
Flexible, self-motivated, energetic, and uses time productively and efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
