Nesco Resource has an immediate opening for a customer service representative with our client in Norwalk, OH. The company is one of the most active medical equipment providers in North Central Ohio! This position is part time with a shift start of 1 PM to 5 PM Monday to Friday with starting pay of $14.00/hr paid weekly!

Duties:
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Previous medical equipment expereince preferred
