Sales Support Specialist

Position: Sales Support Specialist.

Location: Oxford MS


Job Responsibilities

  • Provides support to Sales managers and Sales groups.  
  • Assists the Sales person with issues related to setup and/or deployment of accounts. Resolves issues and questions related to inventory, deployment, account setup, etc.  
  • May set up new accounts, resolve credit issues, review the contract and the pricing that has been quoted to the merchant and determine what profit margin that they are receiving.  
  • May recommend approval or decline on the pricing that has been given to the merchant.  Receives and completes inbound Deals, monitoring Deals and Projects and being the point of contact between Sales and other departments. 

Scope of Job

Makes independent decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of work. Has limited access to confidential information.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.  1+ years industry experience in a customer facing role. Knowledge of Fiserv's products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.
