Kforce has a client that is seeking a Call Center Agent in Tampa, FL.
- High School diploma or GED/equivalent required
- Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Ability to work within established turnaround times
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule nights and weekends
- Strong preference for Spanish Speaking call center agents
