Compensation Range

Hourly: $22.60 - $30.30 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The Wealth Management Revenue Analyst is a primary point of contact for Private Client and Institutional Administrators within Commerce Trust

Essential Functions

Provide high level customer service and support to internal Trust Administrators, while facilitating the process of establishing fees for new accounts, updating fees on existing accounts, and the overall processing of fees

Assist with problem resolution and serve as a liaison between the Administrators and other departments of the Trust Company including Operations, Audit, Compliance, Legal, and Tax

Drive process improvements and assist with special projects

Identify and process payments throughout the month sent by various clients, mutual fund families, and custodians

Work with fund families to resolve any discrepancies or missing payments

Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Intermediate knowledge of the financial services industry

Intermediate knowledge of Excel functionalities, such as formulas, filters, pivot tables

Strong customer service skills, including the ability to recognize and respond to needs of both internal and external clients

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Superior problem solving and analytical skills

Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required

2+ years of experience in trust services, finance, or investment management industry preferred

Previous background and knowledge of investment management fee and mutual fund fees preferred

Level of role is determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education

This compensation range is for the Wealth Management Revenue Analyst & Senior Analyst job and contemplates a wide range of factors that are considered in determining most appropriate job level and making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location, skill sets, education, relevant experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled
At Commerce, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $22.60 to $30.30 per hour
