Join the 2021 Associate Development Summer Internship Program today!

As a 2021 Summer Intern with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 7, 2021 and conclude on August 13, 2021.

About The Team

The Risk, Information Security, & Compliance (RISC) Education & Awareness team is responsible for building a RISC-aware culture across the organization. We do this through use of a variety of medium including: monthly awareness campaigns, awareness videos, computer and in-person training, and internal phishing campaigns, just to name a few. We know everyone learns in different ways and so we use all the tools at our disposal to engage our colleagues.

What You Will Be Doing

As a member of our team you will have the unique opportunity to work on projects spanning the entirety of the enterprise partnering with team members from all areas of the business including: Security, Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG), Marketing, and Technology teams just to name a few! This internship will be tailored to fit your strengths and goals. Specific responsibilities and areas of focus include but are not limited to:
  • Design and implement engaging awareness campaigns
  • Evangelize the RISC organization across the enterprise
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop relationships across the RISC organization
  • Grow our metrics program

What You Bring
  • Rising Senior (graduating December 2021 through May 2022)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a group setting
  • A general understanding of risks and controls
  • Outgoing, engaging, and energetic personality
