Nesco Resource is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a full-time, temporary-to-hire position with a growing company in the Troy, NY area. This is a support position and will complete various office tasks by implementing administrative procedures/policies, various administrative projects, assembling packets, data entry, customer service via phone and email, taking incoming orders, and scanning and filling. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality and able to work in small office environment. Other duties will be assigned when necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous administrative/clerical and customer service experience
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Good personality and able to work in a small office environment
- Microsoft Office Suite experience including Outlook, Excel and Access
- Past marketing experience is a plus
•**Paid holidays, sick pay, vacation pay, 401k matching up to 4% once converted to full-time employment***
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
