Caregiver

Job brief

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to assist clients in their daily activities. You will provide essential care and companionship, ensuring the well-being and comfort of those who need assistance. Duties may include help with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management.

An excellent Caregiver should have patience, empathy, and the ability to respond to the specific needs of clients. You must also be able to communicate clearly and effectively to follow care plans and interact with family members.

The goal is to enhance the quality of life for clients while supporting their independence and maintaining their dignity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Caregiver or similar role


• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, etc.)


• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families


• Compassionate, patient, and understanding


• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly


• Reliable and punctual


• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR


• Proficiency in English (or other relevant language as needed)


• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in healthcare is a plus
