Our client, an esteemed healthcare institution in Chicago, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their internal employees. This role would be responsible for answering employee questions and entering in sensitive information into PeopleSoft. 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional setting
Experience working within a databse or CRM, PeopleSoft preferred
Strong verbal and written communication
Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee information
Desire to help others
Ability to work onsite at location
